Crisis Support Resources
You are deeply valued and you are not alone
If you are in crisis, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, support is available. Below is a list of warm lines, hotlines, and emergency resources that can offer care, connection, and guidance—anytime you need it. Reaching out is a courageous act, and there are people ready to listen.
Hotlines and warmlines that do not use police intervention
While some of the hotlines and warmlines listed here offer life-affirming support without involving police, it’s important to know that practices vary. Many crisis systems still operate within frameworks that can lead to non-consensual interventions, such as wellness checks or psychiatric holds. Whenever possible, ask about a service’s approach to confidentiality, mandated reporting, and use of emergency responders before disclosing sensitive information. You deserve care that honors your agency, protects your safety, and does not rely on coercion to respond to distress.
